£150 for every line you move across or set up, paid as cash straight to your account. Vodafone bills you for the airtime; the £150 comes from us, separately.

£150 per line is paid as a single cash payment by bank transfer to the account on the agreement, once your order is approved. It is separate from your monthly bill. Cashback is repayable pro rata if a line is cancelled early. Subject to a business credit check. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added to your bill.
Bundled in, not bolted on
Our sister products come with every line, at no extra cost, for as long as you're with us. Not a trial, not a first-month teaser.
Bundled products are provided by our sister brands and are included for the life of the line. Values shown are the standalone monthly prices those products are sold at.
One plan. One price. No tariff maze, no sales call, no fortnight of chasing.
Everything else in business mobile exists to make switching feel harder than it is.
Why we can do this and they can't
A network has nine tariffs, a retail estate, a call centre and a sales team to pay for. We have one plan and a two-minute order form. Same signal, a fraction of the overhead — and we hand the difference to you.
Tariff ladders exist to move you up them. We sell one unlimited plan at one price, so there's nothing to be upsold into and no cheaper deal we're hiding from you.
Business mobile is normally a phone call, a quote, and a fortnight of chasing. Everything you need is on this page, and you can order it at eleven at night.
Networks pay partners to bring them lines. Most partners keep it. We give it to you, because a business that stays with us is worth more to us than the margin on month one.
Add a starter in March and they join the same account and the same invoice. No separate agreement, no second bill, no renegotiation.
How it works
Your order goes straight through. Pick an eSIM and you scan a code to go live; prefer a SIM card and we post one free. If anything needs checking, someone rings you.
Choose how many people need a line and check out. You'll need your company name, registered address and a business email.
Business mobile is a credit agreement, so we run a standard business credit check. Most come back inside a few hours during working hours, and we tell you either way.
Your eSIM lands in your inbox — scan it and the line is live on Vodafone. Chose a SIM card instead? It's posted first class, free. Bringing a number across? Send us the PAC and we'll port it, usually within one working day.
Older handset, or you'd rather have something physical? Choose a standard SIM when you order and we'll post it first class, free.
eSIM or a SIM card
Whichever suits you — same plan, same price. We've had a look at the device you're browsing on, so there's no form to fill in.
Prefer a SIM card you can hold? Choose it when you order — posted free, first class, and you can move the line to an eSIM later at no cost.
Same masts. Same 5G. Same coverage map. We're an independent Vodafone partner, so you get the network without the shop visit, the sales call or the two-year handcuffs.
Business Phones Direct is an independent Vodafone partner and is not Vodafone. Vodafone and the Vodafone logo are trademarks of Vodafone Group Plc, used under partner agreement. Coverage, 5G availability and roaming destinations are set by Vodafone and can change — check Vodafone's coverage checker for your postcode before you buy.
Why you can trust us with your numbers
Your line runs on Vodafone. Your rights as a customer are the same as they'd be buying direct. Here's exactly what stands behind the order.
Let's do the awkward bit
Fair question. Someone offering you £150 to switch networks should expect it. Here are the honest answers, including the ones that don't flatter us.
Where does £150 a line actually come from?
Networks pay partners like us to bring them customers. Most partners keep that money. We hand ours to you, because a business that stays with us is worth more to us than the margin on month one.
It is real cash, paid straight to your account — bank transfer to the account on the agreement. It is not credit against your bill, The monthly price is separate from it entirely.
Is the signal worse than Vodafone direct?
No. It is Vodafone — the same masts, the same 5G, the same coverage map. We're an independent partner reselling their network, not running our own.
Check your postcode on Vodafone's own coverage checker before you buy. If it's bad there, it'll be bad here, and we'd rather you found out now.
How quickly can I be up and running?
Your order goes through as soon as you check out. Business mobile is a credit agreement, so there is a check behind the scenes — if anything needs a second look, someone from the team will call you. Most are approved quickly.
Once you're approved the eSIM lands in your inbox and activation itself takes about a minute. Moving an existing number adds roughly one working day, and your old line keeps working until it switches.
Can I keep the numbers my customers already ring?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Text PAC to 65075 from each phone and your current provider has to send a code back within a minute. Send them to us and we move the numbers across.
It usually completes in one working day, and the old line keeps working right up until it switches. Nobody rings a dead number.
Is "unlimited" genuinely unlimited?
There's no monthly allowance to run out of, and we don't throttle you for using it. Tethering your laptop is fine — that's what it's for.
Vodafone's fair-use policy still applies, and it exists to stop one SIM being used as permanent broadband for a whole office. Ordinary business use, however heavy, is not what that's aimed at.
Ours vs theirs
Everyone sells “unlimited”. Here is what it actually costs, what you have to sign, and how long it takes to get working.
| Business Phones Direct | Buying direct from a network | A typical business reseller | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unlimited data, calls and texts | £19.95 a month | Typically £25–£35 | Quoted case by case |
| How long approval takes | Minutes, not weeks | Days | Days, sometimes weeks |
| Time to a working line | Minutes once approved | A trip into town | Days of email tennis |
| 5G access | Included | Included | Sometimes a paid add-on |
| EU roaming | Included, no daily fee | Often a daily charge | Depends on the deal |
| Plans to choose between | One | Nine or more | As many as it takes |
Comparison prices are typical UK small-business list prices for an unlimited plan at the time of writing and are not a quote from any named provider. Check current prices before you decide.
Questions people actually ask
Whichever you pick when you order — same plan, same £19.95, no difference in price. An eSIM is instant once you're approved; a SIM card is posted first class, free.
Most phones from the last few years take an eSIM: iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and most Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer handsets all support eSIM. You can check on your phone: look for Add eSIM or Add mobile plan in your mobile settings.
If yours can't take one, or you'd simply rather have the card, choose a physical SIM when you order instead. It's the same plan and the same price — it just arrives in the post rather than by email.
Yes, and it's free. Text PAC to 65075 from the phone you're moving and your current provider has to send you a code within a minute. Send it to us and we'll move the number across, usually within one working day.
Your old line stays live until the switch completes, so you won't miss anything.
Yes. Business mobile is a credit agreement, so every account goes through a standard business credit check before the line is activated.
It's a soft footprint at the quote stage and a full search when the agreement is raised. Most decisions come back the same working day, and we tell you either way — no silent rejections.
Reassign the line to whoever replaces them, at no cost. We issue a fresh eSIM for the new handset and keep the number on the account if you want it kept.
If nobody is replacing them, we'll tell you the exact cost to close the line before you decide.
Unlimited plans have no monthly data allowance to run out. They are still governed by Vodafone's fair-use and acceptable-use policy, which exists to stop commercial abuse — running a permanent broadband replacement for a whole office off one SIM, for example.
Ordinary business use, including tethering your laptop, is what the plan is for.
No. Business Phones Direct is an independent partner. The network, coverage and roaming are Vodafone's; the buying, billing and support are ours. That's why you can check out online instead of booking a call.
Buy them the same way you bought the first ones. New lines join your existing account and bill together, so you get one invoice however many people you add.
Still not sure? Talk to someone who does this all day.
